CRANBERRY PECAN BREAD PUDDING
- Pre heat your grill to 350 degrees.
- One loaf French Bread (slice thinly and chop into bite size pieces)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter (cut in small slices)
- 2 1/2 cups Half & Half
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups brown sugar
Mix above ingredients in a bowl to combine.
Place the bread into a deep 9×13 aluminum baking pan and then pour the egg batter over the bread and mix together.
Cover the bread mixture with 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries and 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans.
Bake uncovered on the grill for 40 minutes.
Brandy Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup premium brandy
Combine in a saucepan over stove.
Pour over the Pudding after removing from the grill.
Let the mixture cool before serving.
Vanilla ice cream or whipped topping adds additional flavor.
