PEACH COBBLER
2 cups Bisquick
2 cups Half & Half
2 sticks unsalted butter (sliced in pieces and softened) 2 29 oz cans of sliced peaches (drain the juice)
2 Tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
9×11 deep dish disposable aluminum baking pan
Heat the grill to 375 degrees. If using the BGE use a plate setter feet up.
Use the aluminum pan to mix the ingredients together.
Add the bisquick, half & half, and vanilla together and blend. Next add the softened butter and ‘blend together’ with the flour mixture. In a mixing bowl, add the sugar to the peaches and mix thoroughly. Once the sugar has formed a syrup onto the peaches, add them over the mixture in the pan.
Level out the cobbler mixture by shaking the pan and then place onto the preheated grill.
Cook for 55 minutes until brown and bubbly.
Spoon into a bowl and serve hot with homemade vanilla ice cream on top.
You have all heard the saying: ‘Slap your moma good!’ Well, if you do not serve this to Moma she is going to be slapping you instead!
Enjoy!
